All rooms offer 24 hour room service and fully stocked minibar. The Now is located on a nice stretch of beach, about 30 minutes from the Cancun Airport. There is a large pool with swim up pool bar. In addition to the Explorers Club (for kids ages 4-12 years old), the Now Sapphire has the Core Zone for the teenagers (ping pong, air hockey, and more). As with all Now Resorts, there are no dining restrictions, no dining reservations, and premium brand liquor is served.
The Now Sapphire is a spread out resort with the 496 rooms scattered into a couple of dozen three story buildings. The buildings closest to the beach are the Preferred Club. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean Front have a double Jacuzzi on the balcony. All rooms have 24 hour room service and stocked minibar.
Overall, the Now Sapphire is a nice resort. The beach can have some seaweed issues, but the pool is awesome and there are some nice rooms. This resort is good for families or destination weddings.
