First Discount Travel was created in 1995, and we pride ourselves on our professionalism, experienced agents, and customer service. Our goal is to provide you with the best service at the most reasonable price.

Value – Our experienced travel consultants are trained to provide you with the best value. We are more than happy to check multiple airports as well as every airline. We have access to “web fares” as well as all published sale fares. We belong to many consortiums which allow us to provide you with discounted hotel and car rates. Many times our rates beat the internet.

Experience – Our average travel consultant has 8-10 years minimum experience in the industry. Our phones are answered by a live travel agent who is able to help with any of your travel needs. You will never have to deal with phone prompts, voice mail, etc. Your time is valuable to us and we will always give you the choice of holding the line while we research the options or call you back with the best possible flights.

Service – Our professional travel consultants are all equipped to assist you with your travel needs. We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. We also have a 24 hour emergency reservation service which is available after our normal business hours.

Management Reports – We have standard reports which will summarize your monthly or quarterly travel and include such information as the traveler’s name, destination, booking date, travel date, and airline. If any additional information is needed, we are more than happy to customize the reports to suit your needs.

Travel Policy – We are more than happy to help you create a corporate travel policy if you do not already have one in place. The right travel policy will not only streamline the process of booking travel but will also regulate costs. If you already have a policy in place, we are more than happy to review it with you and make suggestions that could possible increase savings and time. If you are happy with your current policy, we will be more than happy to enforce the parameters you have outlined.

Service Fees – We charge a $25 service fee for standard tickets and for exchanges.
