John and Jane go South for the Winter

The below information is for travelers departing from Cincinnati using the Dedicated Vacation Flight (Charter) only. If you are departing from a different destination please give us a call. The terms and conditions vary for each origination city.

Deposit Information

A deposit of $150 per person is required to secure space. The deposit is due no later than August 1, 2016. Final payment is due November 1, 2016. We are happy to set up monthly payment plans.

Hotel cancellation information

You may cancel your package prior to November 2, 2016 with a $50 per person penalty. Any cancellation from November 2, 2016 until December 5, 2016 incurs a $150 air penalty plus 1-night resort penalty (This amount will vary depending upon room category and number of occupants in the room). Any cancellation from December 6, 2016, until day of departure is fully non-refundable (100%) penalty.

Cancel Insurance

Penalty Protection Waivers are available for $109 per person for any package under $1500 per person. For packages over $1500 per person the cancel waivers price at $149 per person. Both people in the room must purchase the waiver or decline the waiver. This waiver must be purchased prior to August 1, 2016. The waiver allows you to cancel for any reason with a full refund (less the cost of the premium). Penalty Protection Waivers are always recommended. In addition, by purchasing the cancel waivers, each traveler will receive 1 piece of checked luggage (a $50 value) for the flight.

Proof of Citizenship

All passports must have 6 months of validity from the return date of the trip.
